Support Agreements

All products come with one full year free support with upgrades. Thereafter, ongoing support is optional at 15% of the original software price per annum. The shared open source code does not mean the software is free but the perpetual license allows ongoing use.

Cloud Hosted

The monthly charge covers full support and free upgrades. As well as our own data backups, we can provide FTP access for your own Disaster Recovery compliance.
