Software Ordering and Purchase InformationPrice reviews are available in six main currencies from the left hand menu pane. If you are unsure of the software requirements for your support service then we are happy to assist. If you would like a quotation then Contact us with your company name and address and your contact details and we will email an official price proposal. State the product(s) you require and the number of Operator licenses. We will also provide a free Cost / Benefit justification to assist you with budget approval. Not for Profit and Education Establishments Educational Establishments and Charitable organisations are entitled to a 15% discount on retail prices. Obtaining a Full License KeyAn activation key and perpetual license will be issued on receipt of an official order or receipt of a payment via online credit card payment, check or bank transfer. Invoice and license key are dispatched within 24 hours. You must agree to the terms of the End User Licence Agreement prior to use. Product Support CostsAnnual support including all Release updates is free for the first year and then charged annually at 15% of the original software cost. Consultancy and TrainingAlmost all our customers find our software so easy to install that they carry this out themselves. However, we do appreciate that a new initiative of this nature can take up valuable resource. If you do require training or consultancy then we, or one of our partners, are available at competitive rates either on-site or via Webex training sessions. Please ask for a quotation. Multiple CopiesFurther Installations for additional support departments are available at special upgrade rates. Please ask for a quotation. Payment OptionsWe accept check/ cheques, bank transfers and all major credit cards.
