sitehelpdesk.com Ltd provide a suite of web-based customer support, service desk and asset management applications. The business is expanding and sitehelpdesk.com are looking for a new member of the team to be based in Scotland.

The successful candidate must have the following experience/expertise:

- An experienced IT professional
- Development experience with Classic ASP and ASP.Net
- Knowledge of web applications and Internet Information Server
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications especially Microsoft Access and SQL Server
- Strong communication skills and ability to deal with external customers

sitehelpdesk.com is looking for a good communicator who is well organised and adopts a pro-active approach to work and problem solving.

The person must be self motivated and conscientious as the role includes the opportunity for working from home some of the time.

The role is predominately programming developments  and modifying applications written in ASP and ASP.Net

Depending on the successful applicant, this may be developed to involve a range of possible responsibilities including:

- Providing product support to existing customers

- Product Installations and training.

- Exhibition work

The vacancy is a full time position and is available immediately.
